Compufire replaces your cap, rotor, points and condencer. The plug wires come right off the module (Coil) Looks cool.

Both come with a "custom" breaker plate..specific to your application. The Petronix is a "points replacement"..but you can add a hig\ her output coil...their's or anyone elses.

Isn't the Compufire a complete system?

Gap &'re righton! BUT

Remember...DWELL is the most important [ coil saturation time / builup!]

The "Gap" setting is for people that don't have "dwell meters". Distributor "lobes" wear as time goes by...
