Hi Mike - The closest match I could find is a "Safari Trail".  Check out our Safari Trail Gallery.  The front ridge matches, but it looks like your hood does not go down as far in front.  The tail is very close, but it seems the "box" is different.  Check the Advertising Gallery though, because one ad does mention a 4" extension for a license plate.  I wonder if there where different versions to meet legal requirements.

The rest of the tail is very close the the Safari Trail.  The front, rear and side fender areas are also very close.

The leadig edge of the hood tucks back under toward the driver on this X-file, while on the Safari, the leading edge of the hood leans forward toward the front of the buggy.

Unless you plan on running the tires that are sitting in the back of the buggy, I would start looking for a transaxle and axles. A Bus trans w/Gear reduction boxes, in a light buggy are no fun on the street.
