Hello all.   Found this "old buggy" as a basket case. I don't know much about it, other than the title says 1970 Volkswagen. I gathered all of the pieces and put it together rated for a year or so and just dealt with all of the leaks and carb problems. At some point it was leaking all the gas, out of frustration I put it on a big pallet and stuck it on the shelf with the forklift and there is sad for about eight years. I finally got it back down and have become inspired to do a restoration on it. I restored a 79 Jeep CJ seven over the course of a few years in the pole barn I'm thinking this should be a little easier at least I'm hoping. I sure would appreciate some help if somebody could tell me what exactly I have!!!  I enjoy talking around on your forum unfortunately I cannot open up any pictures I haven't figured that out yet
