I bought this with no identification at all. At first I thought it was a California Clipper but the tail is definitely not a flip-up style. So the closest I can come is the Sandwinder. But the bottom of the nose, the dash and the cowl area doesn't match that of the Sandwinder. Maybe an early version?
Anyway, I bought this in Oklahoma near OKC.

there is a member here called glassbuggy, he is not always on, and he can be found also on the samba.com    He seems to have a pretty deep knowledge of buggies, and may have examples of ones either pictures no longer available on this site or some that are only found in pamphlets
