What is this & what is it worth as is? Has been sitting for 15 years was running when parked. When pulling it one of the back tires would not roll not sure if its brakes or worse> Want love to keep but need to sell it. selling as is & I have a title. I don't want to under value this & I dont know what this is. The tag reads VW but I think it could have come from the bug body but I don't know. thanks for your time

Jim, you can attach pictures to your post, you will need to shrink them some so they do not overtake the page.  You should be able to shrink them using Paint in Windows, Probably about 40-60 Percent.  Will need pic of dash, front, side, rear, and interior with back seat area,  That will help us to figure what it is.
