Hi, new to the site. Always loved the look of these cars and came across a basket case for sale. I tried to figure out what maker it is but I'm having difficulty identifying it on the buggy ID page. It has a logo on the front, it looks like a sticker so I can't say for certain it's original, its a horse head and some words under it that I can't make out. I'm a couple hours away from the buggy otherwise I'd go check. The owner thinks it's a Manx but I'm not so sure.
Thanks for any help in advance ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
Can you get a real good shot of that sticker, it might jog someones memory. Also might help a little to know as much about the area that you got it from, like has it always been in that region. Unique dash piece, only saw a couple similar dashes in the ID section. Seems we have lost a lot of pictures(broken links) will bring that up with the main guy. Give it a little time, some of the more knowledgeable folks are not on everyday.
Not sure what it is...except it is not a Manx.

Thanks for the info. The bug is in south jersey. The guy wants $900 for it, he says he has some parts for it but no idea what at this point. Got side tracked the last week or so, next time I'm down I'll see if i can get a better pic of the logo.
900 is way to high.
Worth about 1/2 that...on a good day.
If you can do ALL the work yourself (paint, chassis repair, body work) you are looking at an easy $5k in materials. Powered by mwForum 2.10.2 © 1999-2007 Markus Wichitill |
