Hi I'm new to the buggy scene I just bought a buggy built on a 68 chassis it has an 1845cc engine. The car needs a lot of work and I've never done this type of thing before. I've watched video after video on YouTube of guys rebuilding there buggies. So far it hasn't scared me off. I've been putting parts list together and soon I will be diving in head first, wish me luck!!

GOOD LUCK ............and by the way, we all dove in head first once. The advantage you have is that you have the advantage of this site. In 1968, when I "dove in", we didn't even have the internet. The love of this hobby will get you through.

Welcome!!  VW buggies aren't much more complex than a go-cart so you've got nothing to be afraid of.

Where are you located? There's probably a VW scene where you live.
