Hello all, I'm new to the forum. I just picked up this great project! It is a concept 1 body. It is missing the front plate/running light (cowl/body part) and has a rear wing that I am taking off.
I want to find the original front and rear pieces! Is there anywhere to get them?! I can make my own, I can do fiberglass, but would love to find the original parts! Help help!
I am trying to gather up parts before I get started. I am going to make the frame! I got a lot of aircraft grade aluminum tubing! I think that would be bitchen! And SUPER LIGHT!
I am using a 6 rib bus transmission. I am not yet set on a motor yet. I want to go vw but I am also thinking 4.3 would be cool to! Input?! And help finding parts!?

That whale tail rear spoiler actually seems to go well with the wild design of the Concept 1. Gives you some engine coverage anyway.
