My name is Art and I just got this buggy out of storage it is a work in progress with a donor car. I have been told that this is a clone which is fine by me I just wanted buggy to enjoy. This buggy needs a lot of work so any and all help would be great. If any one has any info on what type this is it would be great. This is a work in progress so I will be asking alot of questions the first question is the gel coat has been primered and is cracking what is the best way to start. I have a windsheild and a dash panel and a tail section on the way and the headlight mounts that have been cut off so its a work in progress

Make new headlight stands from bondo hair Fine cut. This stuff works like good ole' Bondo but has the strength of glass. Also think about building them up at the sides of the hood instead of the fenders, this way you could set up the hood to open without removing the head lights.

That's a good point. I didn't think off.
