In changing a couple of details like my timezone in my options, it repeatedly and persistently tells me that I have not entered my email in the form. Yet there is no box for email in that form. And when I enter my email address in every otherwise empty box in the form, it STILL tells me error - no email.

Whassup?

Can anybody help out?

What time zone do you want? I can set it directly in the database.  I haven't fixed the options page... Paul...

I DO get notifications sent to my email, so somewhere in this forum deal my email is entered and "known". So maybe its something that doesn't really NEED fixing. ???

Changed! I hacked mwForum to use the dba database for a user id/email and password. The dba database holds the registry info.  It allows you to use the whole site without having to log into the forum separate from the rest of the site. Since I don't spend 2 hours on the train any more so development time has been cut to zero so problems land I don't have a separate server to code/test on...

So, as you said, it needs fixing, but it doesn't NEED fixing.
