Looks like a Fargo. Do not know if a top like that came with it, might have been made by someone. Check this page out: http://www.dunebuggyarchives.com/gallery/base/Fargo/?base=14c1bea73f59fa988f66d00d169ceb04
sum total of my knowledge.

Tony, I am no expert by any means, really just a novice. I just like Odd ball items. Wait to see if others come up with more information. Do a search to see if you can find more info. Perhaps you have a rarer dune buggy. If you build it, it will be unique and perhaps fun to drive. If you put it up for sale, put a reasonable reserve(not opposed to making some money on investment) but be realistic. You are on the other side of the country. Good luck in whatever you do.

Thanks again, I have been looking and only found that one in NJ, I am still unsure what to do with it I have a lot of projects going on right now including a complete resto of an old manx. If any one can give me some idea of what this thing might be worth , That would be great.....

Looks like they used a fiberglass camper top shell and reconstructed it to fit the buggy and added to the buggy body.
