Seems we have lost another of the pioneers of the dune buggy world "Bob Toomy". Arlene Allison,( Kenny Allisons wife ) emaild me to try and get in touch with the Deans ( Brett Dean or family ) She wanted to let them know that Mr. Toomy's has passed. I used to have Bretts email address but lost it when my old computer broke. Althought I didnt know Mr. Toomy personaly from what I gather he was a Allison dune buggy dealer in the 70s out of Pa. I know I have seen some members here on DBA speak of Bob Toomy, I believe he also had a trucking company. If anyone has Brett Deans contact info please let me know and I will pass it on to Arlene Allison. Also for any of you that knew Mr. Toomy you may want to shed more history on his life here, or make condolancys. Even though I didnt know the man I am sorry for his passing, May God give his family and friends strength in this difficult time. R.I.P Bob Toomy.
