Indeed, the hood is spot-on... However, the tail is definitely different. The one for sale has (what I believe is) a nice-fitting removable cover plate. Maybe this is one more that's been copied (imagine that).

Good eye, the tail doesn't have the raised license plate mount area that the XP-1 has.
