was driving my Manx in Orange county CA and a guy pulled behind me and asked if i wanted to buy a little manx. He had it in his pickup truck bed. It was a fiberglass body on a small frame with a 5 hp briggs and straten? engine. Was is not so great shape, told the guy I would post it on here if anybody is interested. Was shaped like a glass buggy, orange or copper flake in poor condition and he said he wanted $900. He was supposed to be moving and needed the space. I think a couple of hundred would take it if anybody is interested, will try an post a few photos here and His name is Alex, his number is 714-633-0898 or 714-532-2630. Says he lives in the Santa Ana area. Glenn.

so you guys think that is a allison body? I didn't know, but like the pics you added...cute little thing...like i said, it is not mine, but just a guy who caught up with me driving my meyers manx around santa ana. His numbers are listed and if someone is interested give him a call. Like i said, it is pretty rough and he was tossing out $900 figures but was moving and I am more than sure he would negotiate a much lower price. If someone on here buys and restores it I would love to see the photos.....Glenn
Sorry Gleen didnt mean to hyjack your site, NO I dont think it is a Allison body , Im sure lots of people made different go cart bodys, It would be neat fixed up but I am on the other side of the world ( SOUTH CAROLINA ) LOL. Sure was nice of you to put it out there, I hope it gets a good home, In my area there is a guy that has a vw bug cart that matches his full size buy he calls them , its called something PICKLE and they are custom painted identical to each other , If I can find a picture I will post one . Ken.......................

Is it the "Super Pickle" drag car, if so, it's a well known one from the 80's and 90's. There was also a chopped type 3 wagon that raced under that name.
brad
May be but this one is Jerry Knights Sour pickle unless there is a TYPE O he runs in the SEVWA SERIES HERE IS A LINK AND A DRAWING OF HIS CAR I GUESS IT IS A WAGON AND NOT A BUG LIKE THE GO CART http://www.sevwa.com/event_results2007/bigbug07.htm
