Found a Empi IMP up on craigslist in rhode island.
Not cheap thou. http://providence.craigslist.org/cto/1800711802.html ![]() Jay
It looks like the later style, with the hood mounted tachometer, front badge, and are those Empi wheels?
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The thing about it is, look closely, everything is OG EMPI. IMP bumpers were double rear and triple front, unlike everyone else who had single rear bars and double front. The wheels are EMPI Sprintstars wide 5 wheels. Hood tach bump with Empi guages? ummmmmm

Well it made it safe even with the crazy weather we had on Saturday. On the ride home we tried to figure out which direction to go with the build. Someone walked in Monday morning after seeing it out side and made us an offer we couldn't refuse so we sold it, who knew. I spent Sunday figuring out what parts we had to make it a runner. The Super Wide Sprint Stars did not go with it

When you see an Imp with some rare items on it you have to buy it. The Super Wide Sprint Stars (10'' wide) Plus pods aren't cheap and hard to come by unless you want repos. The body is clean, with no crazy cutouts or needless holes.
