Selling my ball joint front end tow bar. I bought this to get my buggy back and forth when I was working on the engine and kept it for a while to ensure I could get the buggy out of a pinch when I started driving it locally. My next buggy is a Corvair front end so this tow bar will not work with that one. I haven't used it in a few years and it would suit someone else better... Maybe Ken so he can tow two home at once Shoot me an offer on this. Here's the deal: This is in Mass now. I will be bringing it with me to Mid America Motorworks show in June but I'll be driving cross-country and leaving Mass toward the end of this week. If you will be going to Mid america Motorworks show and want to buy it from me there, please let me know. If I don't sell it there, it will be coming back to Mass with me. If you live somewhere along a logical west-east route from Effingham, IL to central Mass, I would not be opposed to delivering. we would need to make arrangements. I would sell it on the way out there this week than wait to sell it on the way back in June. Please post up here if you are interested. Thanks, Jay

Just got a PM that if this is the basic y-type tow par with the two pins it will also fit King and Link front ends also. so... apparently this one will fit either front end. Thanks, Jay

Jay, if no one grabs it on your trip and it makes it back to MA, lok me up. I can use it. Boston Bob E

OK Bob. Will do if I still have her at the end. Jay

Jay, enjoy the trip, wish I could make it. Carlisle looked like a great time, and I missed that one also. Any chance you will make the VolksVair show this summer? Bob E

I sure hope so. I won't have the buggy there in the show though, since its water cooled and they have a strick air cooled rule. I'm ok with that, but I would like to see the vairs and buggys. Jay

Jay, yes, there is a pretty strict rule to keep it all air cooled for sure. I believe that water cool buggies can come, or have in the past, they just can't be judged. Bob E

Yes, they will let you in with the Subaru power, but you can't be judged. We took the Manxter a couple of years ago. Tom

Ahhh, no problem about not being judged. Glad to hear they won't make me park across the street is all. I'm going to try and make it this year then. Hard to tell if I will. I'm getting serious about buying a house, and today was my first day back to my civilian job after being on military orders for over 2 years. I don't know if I'm coming or going at the moment. BUT I'm going to TRY and get there this year.... Time will tell. *** As for the tow bar... she's available and can be picked up in Westfield, Ma. Jay
