Greg/Wolfgang added this buggy to the X-Files Registry.  It's pretty unique:

Just commented on the Samba that I think this is a Dolphin industries body. The dash is Dolphin or a copy. As this dash is pretty unique, I wouldn't think its a copy.

I posted on the samba as well.
This body was used by the Shriners for parades. Many of the Shriners built buggies back in the day for each other. I can't say for sure what connection the Shriners and Dolphin had in common but I concurr with Jay on the dash. Dolphin borrowed alot of design elements from other manufacturers, but I havent seen a dash layout like this on anything else.
Dolphin seemed to be consistant with identifying their bodies by molding their name somewhere in the fiberglass, Examine the body a little closer around the tail area and above the tunnel access plate.

Bart gave this one an ID of Dolphin Industries Mod T. Any ads on this one Bart?

No ads, It was an interview I was sent that transcribed a discussion with Dolphins owner, Dolphin had three models and we id'd two of them already. The other was a full length T so it all fit, this is the Mod T he spoke of.
