Here is a Donor bug near Trenton NJ EBAY Item number: 190225521755
$1200 it has a motor with dual Kadrons.
Fiberglass hood, deck lid, and wide fenders, looks like a dropped beam on the front.
Wheel adapters, stock seats, steering column...plenty of dune buggy parts...
If the can't find a buyer the will crush it for the scrap metal.

If it were closer I would buy it for the parts. The motor has to be worth something!!
Looks like it was an eighties custom from the trim job.

Not only that, but it seems to me like they're asking an awful lot for something thats gonna be scrapped.
I'd give 'em $300.  That's better than wasting it...right?

All joking aside, The rear deck, fenders and hood look like they could be from "Fastglas". I am not an expert on those body parts or the company but I think they are collectable.

I offered $600 thinking it would be worth the parts and the drive even if the motor was bad.
He declined and said they would rather destroy it.
They are a junkyard and they junk cars...

Nice guy.

It doesn't make sense....let's see, $600.00 for the car in one piece or crush it and get a whopping $10.00 for the scrap metal.........The guy is a moron!

What can I tell ya...it's northeast PA in the mountains. Sometimes the folks there are a few sandwiches short of a picnic...

If I had the space, I'd love to take those old-school fiberglass pieces and the motor.....
