Hey im trying to find out the mfgr.  Im in NorCal & believe it was constructed or mfgr was local.

Its built like a Myers-Manx, meaning the strength of the body and fenders are extremely strong.  I mean I can sit on the fenders all the way around the car and will not give at all, which is a great sign of structurally sound 'glass.
The hood has a line down the middle with a small round vw emblem spot in front.
And notice the top of the rear fender section all the way around in the back, is all flat, kind of like a seating area if this was out in a parade, be the perfect seats.
And it skirts down all the way around the entire body.
The constructed vin id tag is on the right rear trailing arm on the suspension.
