I am having quite a bit of trouble ID'ing this Dune Buggy I had recently picked up.

From using the Buggy ID page I can tell you that it is a classic style, flat fenders, flat tail with a lid cutout to allow greater access to the engine. The hood has a wide raised ridge in the center that runs from the windshield and then slopes down all the way to the end of the nose.

It has a Corvair engine in it with what looks like Corvair talilights and the corvair badge of course. There is a vin plate on the dash to a...well Corvair. I have not found any other tags on the body and was hoping someone might be able to identify this Dune Buggy.

Here are some photos:

I will see if I can find something, you might also see if you can contact Glassbuggy on this site. He is on once in a while.  Very knowledgeable on buggies.   I hope you do realize that we have access to other pictures in your folder with the ones you Posted.

Hi Lloyd, I don't see the picture you are talking about.

Look in the Buggy ID section  Hit the letter B and it should be the eighth one down.  That is all the info we have here.  It does look like yours.  They generally do not travel a long ways from where they are manufactured.  So if you are within 600-800 miles, it is a good possibility it is a BCBee.    We have a Member on this site, Glassbuggy who is good at this.  He is also on the :  https://www.thesamba.com/vw/     Probably on there more than here.

Agree with Lloyd, it looks like a BCBee (Battle Creek, Mi.) An old buggy buddy of mine had one.

Looks just like my first buggy, a BCBee. Mine had an oval sticker under the right rear of the body. Evan
