Sticker under rear seat says Guelph ontario.
And mud flaps say lobo

Looks like a Myers Manx or a clone of one. Is there a ID tag above the pedals under the dash with a serial number? Is the dash made from ABS plastic?

Dash is fiberglass. .nothing under the dash.

ID tag on a true Manx is on the vertical section of the body above the hole where the shift coupler lives.
