He knows nothing about the cars besides that the blue one is a 1984 model and the white one 1995

if you are curious about price he's asking for the blue one 4k USD and the white one 2k USD

Location is going to play a factor. I don't recognize those as any US manufacturers.. where are they?

I believe he is in Bolivia.  Interesting designs.  Not sure what it would cost to ship them, but probably a fair amount.

Hi guys, I bought the blue one, i'll post a lot more photos and details soon as i'm picking it up tomorrow.

The buggies are in San Andres island, little known island in the Colombian Caribbean, when i was a child the island was full of buggies, mostly the Gurgel type like this one.

I think the Brazilian lead in on the right track, i have found some models that are similar online, but nothing definite I have posted on some Brazilian forums and I'm still waiting for answers.

turns out the brazilian lead was spot on, this is a Ego Cumbuco, manufactured in brazil, I tracked down the last 3 owners and now know a lot about the car's modifications.
