Hi Nelson, I don't have anything on this manufacturer. Looks like Buggyworks copied a California Clipper. As mentioned before, during the 80's a fiberglass dash like shown was made for customizing Beetles. If this dash is part of this body design that would put it's manufacture in that era. If it was added to the car to replace the original dash that is another story. I don't have any other bodies using this specific dash on file either. I am going to use your example as the Buggyworks body style until something else develops. Any idea how it got to the island?
Thanks, i have no idea how it got to Puerto Rico, i do know that buggy was shown in the vw magazine two times. Unfortunately I lost the two magazine and have no idea wich number it was. Im trying to find them again because ther was the name of the owners at that time. And thank you again, in PR we have a great group of buggy lovers and we have really hot buggies.
which magazine, I have all of them indexed for my reference. VW Trends or HVW'S if you remember
Hi, i'm very sorry but not sure, when I bought the buggy they gave me the two magazine and a saw the picture and the information of the owner. But I was so exited with my buggy and do not remember where I save them. Now three years later can't find them. Y was looking at back issues covers but couldn't recognize. I think it could be 90's or early 2000 VW Trends issues.
