Are you in or near Alberta (Canada)? There was a locally produced buggy that looked like that. I've seen at least 3 in Edmonton and heard of a few more. Did you just get this off Kijiji? Is it a 1964 bug?

NO not an Alberta buggy. Sides are different.

I'm not saying it's a Jevne buggy. There was another common Alberta built buggy with the headlights in the fenders.
