Just wondering what size wheels and tires some of you are using on your manxter, I have 4 wheel disc brakes and I am looking to change my wheels. I currently believe that they are too big and with the adapters pushed out too far. I seem to like the American Racing Torque thrusts and realize they are a special offset and back spacing. So if any one knows what off set and backspacing they have and how it handle's it would be appreciated. I currently have Ridler 695 18" rims with 285/40 zr18 tires on the front and 20" with 315/35 zr20 on the rear.

I use 15"x 10" rims on the back and 15"x 6" rims on the front. Makes it look like a Hot Wheels car.....Been running these for decades.

Sorry it took 6 months to respond after a month and no responses i thought this site might have been dead. I have read a lot of your posts on other places and have so many questions about your manxter and scotts green manxter builds . As for those strakes on the side that was done by prev owner Seemed he had some good ideas but never completed the buggy. What i was told it was just taking too long and got slapped together at the end to make it drive so it could be sold.
