I have a "Moab Buggy" but beyond that I can not find any info.  Does anyone have a clue on it's history? 

Dick, John Shephard (Founder of the DBA) was sent a CD with a few pictures on it. He may have more info on it. If I am recalling the correct buggy discussion, I believe the Moab was native of Colorado in origin.  Hopefully John will be able to weigh in on any other info he has.

Fran Barnes was the creator of the Moab buggy.
I have some very nice pics and a cover of a book called Petrified Dunes, featuring one some folks sent me.
I will look for where we have it.

I was referred to this link by someone else that was helping me identify my buggy.  They thought that it may be a "Moab Buggy"?  I have not been able to find any pictures of one to compare it and I was hoping that you could help.  It would make sense if it were because I live in Utah and have been down and around Moab many times. 
My buggy was originally my brothers and after he died a few years ago his friends fixed it up and gave it back to me.  There is no identifying mark any where on it. 
I will attach a few photos and maybe you an help me?
