My name is Brent. I am working on this Manx clone I believe. Not sure the make and nothing comes close in the Buggy ID

Your body seems to be a Mark Distribution Sportsman Your dash  - well the original one you took out, is the key.
At first I wasn't sure of this because the Sportsman has a single ridge on the hood. After looking at an old brochure however, the car featured has a flat hood like yours indicating an earlier version.  There are some folks on the site here with more info should you want to do a search : )

What Glassbuggy said. That dash is/was the giveaway, but like GB, the ridge-less hood had me confused until I looked at my brochure and saw the smooth hoods. I do have reproduction nose emblems (sticker) if you are interested.

AMAC, Every time I see that buggy, I WANT IT BACK!! I sold it about a year ago and it now reside in NJ. and I've regretted selling it ever since. The Gel-Coat on it was incredible!! Hopefully my Scorpion project will be as nice>
