Curved windshield base. Picked this up cheap! Extra engines, and front end, along with everything except seats, to have it going/ running

That is a Berry Mini-T. I've never seen any copy of that body style that retained all the details you show.

Any idea where I would find the I d plates or # s on it?

Look up at the inside of the little pickup "bed." It is should be a paper tag under a layer of resin in the rough fiberglass, roughly above where the air cleaner will be if you install a stock engine. Mine is present but about the only thing I can read is the color.

Thanks Paul, I'll check it out next time I get to spend some time with her. You have a Berry t also?, any advise? Since I'm going to be completely restoring this thing on a poor mans budget?? Suggestions welcome to all, thanks guys

Figure out how you are going to sit in it, shift it, and use the steering wheel (it tends to be a bit close to the knees) first. Then figure out how to set up a working parking brake next if you are going to drive it on the street. These cars are quite tight in the passenger compartment, very much a design where the animated T-bucket styling drove the form.
Try to retain the chassis you have as the shifter and pedal assemblies are relocated rearward in a Mini-T. Like most beach buggies the frame is shortened to an 80 inch wheelbase, but the extra work to relocate the controls rearward generally involves more welding than the shortening.

Larry, here's the build manual from my Kellison Super T. It shows what Paul was referring to in regards to pedal placement.
