Hi All.

New poster here.

I was wondering if anyone out there can tell me what kind a buggy this is as I am having a little trouble with IDing it.  From what I was told it may be a 1971 model but im not 100% on that.  I see alot of similar buggys but not with that type of scoop. (reminds me of an L88 vette scoop)

Also, how much should i offer to pay for this? The gelcoat is all original and is faded somwhat on the back.  It runs good but leaks oil and has no brakes..
