Gil, some to consider:
Boonie Buggy
Boonie Buggy mad by Fibe-Ron Manufacturing. Designed for either a regular shortened pan or Corvair use.

Hawk II
Made by Dunbar, the Hawk II had wide fenders and louver hood scoops.

This one has my vote, Looks lot like yours.

Thanks, definately looks like the Dunbar Hawk II. Makes sense, purchased from New Hampshire. Now to go to work on it.

Any idea where I may find a VIN or serial number on a Dunbar?
