What ever happened to the buggys used in the movie death race 2000.
I watched the movie the other day and I can't believe that they didn't use a Sheila VETT or a SHaLaKO for that future look.  And how many did they make of the BUGGYS, anybody out there might have that answer. 

.  There are some any other BUGGYS they could've used.  Or even kit cars like the nova the sterling ,at the end and they used the sterling.  For that future look.
In the one scene where the BUGGY goes off the road it looked like they used a real one used in the movie WOW,
would be nice to see them around.
The one in the movie that look like a bull was up for sale and they said it was the original and had actual
Cowhide on it.  But the one in the movie was painted on.

Where/When/How did you see Death Race 2000?  Its not in Redbox!  I gotta find that on DVD and let my grown up kids watch it with me.  Death Race 2000 was a great cult flick.  We used to go as a group to the midnight showings at the Great Southern Music Hall in Gainesville, Florida back when I was in college in the mid 1970's.  I remember how we all cheered every time someone got run over.  What a laugh that was to watch.  Thanks for putting a grin on my face.  I have no idea what buggies were in that movie but it would make a great trivia question for the guys on this board.  Can you get screen shots of the buggies and post them here?
