Just like to know if the torsion arms(front) or spouse to be stiff or have play.
Why I'm asking the driver side bounces up and down freely with some effort, the passenger side does not budge at all as if the torion  arms or welded together and very hard to move up and down.
I replaced the shock thinking it was a shock and still does the same thing.
Hope you guys can help thanks.

They are supposed to move freely. You'll have to take it apart to see what's going on. Typically the arms seize on the needle bearings from lack of grease. When you get the arms out check the arms for pitting and birnelling from the bearing. You can polish them up if it isn't too bad,

I greased the heck out of them .  But I was hoping not to take things apart after finishing the buggy this was the last thing that I expected to do after all  the work to put into it,
now this I put some locus grease hoping to free up ,  and hope for the best, I'm putting a jack on  the passenger side and jacking up and let me down hoping to free up, when I first greased it water Came  out of  the bottom tortion  arm so I hoping that was the problem , but still I 'm going to do what you said about taking all a part.
Thank you brad.
