iam new to this so beer with me
i bought a kellison pick up body type buggy
with a hard top
it has a bug title ( 2 door 4 seater on title) 1975
i was told that it might be a ghia frame (if spelled right)
how cam i id the frame  i have a serial plate
it has no #s stamped on the tunnel by the e brake handel
again guys discription of the parts may be wrong
such as the tunnel
any advice boys
ill put some photos on here soon

Ghia pans (frames) are very similiar to Bettle pans except for the floor pans. Ghias also came with disc brakes.

VIN number is located in front of the rear access plate on top of the tunnel, not near the ebrake.

Post the vin and we can identify it.

are the #s stamped or on a plate
there is no plate  if you mean one that might cover the shifter connection ( as it looks to me)
you can see where the shiter is connected to what looks like a coupling
any help is great

the numbers are stamped rigth into the tunnel. they should be right in around the hole to access the shift coupler. It may require some cleaning to see them as they are usually all gunked up.

Ghia chassis is same chassis as Beetle, with exception of floorpans; Ghia pans are wider & shaped differently.
