how do you repair stress cracks in gell cot i plan on staring the body work soon and the long job of getting it to be just right though i have some stress cracks in the body i also have some spots were the body has broken a piece off or two and i know have to form it back up though it is on an edge and i want to make it so that it is strong and just right pics will help thanks

Cracks in gel coat can be routed out with a dremel tool and filled in with a matt/resin mix or a reinforced filler. 3M HSRF is really good for this.

Repairing larger parts require matt and resin. You can build a form out of anything. Use wax paper to make sure it releases.

Pictures will help people give you better answers.
